On-Time Arrival:
We ask that clients make every effort to arrive a minute or two before your reservation. For those arriving late, we will hold your spot for 15 minutes; after that point we will make every effort but cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you services if there is a client following.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are not factored into prices (unless specified on a gift card). Amounts are ENTIRELY up to the discretion of the client and are only expected from clients who are completely satisfied with their services. We do ask that you consider giving something to each team-member who provided services. Typical gratuities range from 20-30% of the total cost of the services.

Pre-Booking Spa Appointments:
Our spa services are by appointment only. We will require a credit card to guarantee spa reservations. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your service will result in a charge to your credit card for the cost of the services; when services are a gift, gift cards will be debited accordingly.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy:
We recognize that our clients have busy and unpredictable schedules, but the number of clients we can serve is limited each day; a client who misses an appointment takes a spot away from others and hurts our business. As such, 'No-Show' clients will be responsible for the cost of their services if we cannot fill their spot. This includes clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late (and cannot be taken) or who fail to show up at all. This also includes clients who cancel or reschedule within 1 hour of their reservation. This policy also applies to members.

Group Reservation Policy:
We are happy to pre-book reservations for groups of 3 or more clients. We do require a 50%, non-refundable deposit for group reservations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the services, we will have to charge the organizer the full amount of the services, and we will require a credit card on file in case this is necessary. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to group services bookings.
