The Truman’s team makes every effort to keep our appointments running on time, and we ask the same of our clients to ensure their optimal experience. For those who arrive late, we will hold your spot for a maximum of 15 minutes depending on the length of your service and cannot guarantee your reservation after that point.
Gratuities are not factored into prices (unless specified on a gift card). Amounts are entirely up to the discretion of the client and are only expected from clients who are completely satisfied with their services. We do ask that you consider giving something to each team member who provided services. Typical gratuities range from 20-30% of the total cost of the services.
Group Reservation Policy:
We are happy to pre-book reservations for groups of 3 or more. We do require a credit card on file for group reservations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation, the organizer will be charged the full amount of the services. A mandatory 20% gratuity is automatically added to group bookings.
We recognize that our clients have very busy and unpredictable schedules, but the number of clients we can serve each day is limited. As such, “no-show” clients will be responsible for the full cost of their services if they fail to provide us with 1 hour notice for services on the floor and 24 hours notice in the spa. This also includes clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late or who fail to show up at all. The policy applies to members and non-members alike.
Pre-Booking Spa Appointments:
We will require a credit card to guarantee spa reservations. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your service will result in a charge to your credit card for the full cost of the services; when services are a gift, gift cards will be debited accordingly.
Gift Cards, Memberships and Prepaid packages are transferable but are not refundable. Hard goods and unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
